FAQ

Certainly! Ashes do not decay. The same applies to hair. If you have a lock of hair, it also does not decay and we can use it to create a memorial diamond.

Yes, there is carbon present in hair! We can extract about 45% carbon from hair. We only need a handful of hair to extract enough personal carbon to grow an Infinity Tree diamond.

Yes, there is definitely carbon in the ashes. Studies confirm that cremated remains contain 1-4% carbon, depending on the age of the person, weight, and other factors.

It is possible to add other sources of carbon to supplement, including cut hair, photos, cotton clothing, dried flowers, letters. Under the condition that everything is completely dry.

Absolutely. Both pets and humans contain carbon, even a combination is possible to obtain an eternal and brilliant connection.

When providing cremation ashes, we need about 120 grams. For providing hair, we would like 1 gram or more. Combinations are also possible.

The costs for the production process from ashes to diamond vary based on the weight and desired diamond color. The costs start at 3,990 euros for a 0.30 carat yellow diamond. The costs are influenced by the amount of time required for the growth process, the carat weights, and the coloring options.

Currently, we do not have any other options than a down payment and the remaining payment before the final delivery.
