It is possible to add other sources of carbon to supplement, including cut hair, photos, cotton clothes, dried flowers, letters. Under the conditions that everything is completely dry.

Absolutely. Both pets and humans contain carbon, even a combination is possible to achieve an eternal and magnificent union.

When delivering cremation ashes, we need about 120 grams. For delivering hair, we like to have 1 gram or more. Combinations are also possible.

Absolutely! Infinity Tree Diamonds are real diamonds. Diamonds are composed of carbon, and this carbon comes from cremated remains or other personally provided material. Like natural diamonds, they are assessed and certified to prove that they are real diamonds.

The manufacturing process of a commemorative diamond is unique to each diamond. We aim to deliver your diamond within 4 months from the order date, depending on the requested colour, shape, weight and optional services.

The total payment is divided into two parts: an advance payment after the order is fulfilled and the Infinity Box is collected, and the remaining payment before the diamond is delivered.

Currently, we have no options other than an advance payment and the remaining payment before final delivery.

The price on the website is for the loose diamonds only. Optional services and taxes are not included. Details are given when placing an order.

The cut is based on your personal preference. If you are looking for a diamond with the best brilliance, a brilliant cut may be the best choice. For the most popular choice of diamond, most people choose a yellow or blue diamond. Yellow is the most natural colour a cremation diamond can present and also has a lower price. Colourless options are also popular.

The natural colour of a diamond is usually dark yellow. By removing nitrogen and keeping boron in the carbon, the diamond can turn blue. To make a pure colourless diamond, the carbon must have a high purity.

Yes, you can. The diamond is the focus of this trip, and all other services are optional.

Yes! We offer discounts based on the number of diamonds you order. For two diamonds, you will receive 5% discount, for three diamonds, you will receive 8% discount, and for four or more diamonds, you will receive 10% discount. Please note that the diamonds must be the same colour, size and carbon source.

A commemorative diamond and a natural diamond are both real diamonds, but they are two different products with different values. We don’t usually compare the prices of both. A commemorative diamond has emotional value because it carries the soul of a loved one.

The diamond itself does not come with a piece of jewellery, but you can order a separate piece of jewellery and we can mount and set the diamond for you. We have a wide range of jewellery sets to choose from, including rings, earrings, bracelets and pendants. The price of the jewellery varies depending on the design and material chosen. Assembly and setting are included in the price of the jewellery.

Yes, laser inscription to name your commemorative diamond is available. The number of characters that can be inscribed may depend on the size of the diamond. If the words ordered cannot be inscribed, the amount will be refunded.

We offer four types of metals for our jewellery: yellow gold, white gold, rose gold and platinum (on request).
